Pupil's PC Entra Setup Guide
Reflections Pupil Computer Login.
This is a guide to walk you through how to log-in with the login credentials you have been provided with.
1. Once you have been accepted onto a course, you will receive an email titled: Welcome to Reflections Training Academy - This is your kick-off guide
This email will have been sent to the email address provided when you submitted your online application form.
This will contain login details to any pupil-designated computer in the Reflections Training Academy.
It will look like this:
2. Login to the computer for the 1st time with these credentials
3. At the Hello screen click NEXT
4. Re-enter your password
Click Next and Next again
5. Prove your phone number. This is required for secuirty so we know the login belongs to you. This will also be used for self service password resets.
- Set the country code to +44
- Add your phone number starting with 7
- Set to recieve a code – this will send you an SMS
click Next
6. Once you receive the SMS and code, enter it here and press Next
7. Change your password
If you are prompted change your password. Ensure only you know this password and DO NOT share it with anyone else.
8. Create a Windows PIN
If prompted, create a Windows PIN. This should be at least 6 numbers, and which only you know.
9. Setup OneDrive for file storage
If you want to save files for later, or will login to a different computer later on, you will want to set up your OneDrive. This will allow you to save files that will always be available whenever you log in from any machine.
Once you are logged in click the OneDrive Icon
click Next
10. Click Sign-In. Add the email address/username you have used to login and your password if required.
Click through the screen to open the folder.
You can always get to your OneDrive folder from File Explorer like this:

Once setup if you forget your password you can reset this via a SMS message to your phone from this link:
