Reflections Training Academy in Birmingham are looking to recruit a professional candidate for the above mentioned role. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following qualities:

• Effective communication and natural leadership skills in supporting and developing team members

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team giving clear and direct instruction

• To work alongside the academy management team promoting and influencing good practice in raising standards within the provision.

• Be able to communicate with learners and employers in promoting the academy's priorities

• The ability to obtain full understanding of annual funding guidance, communicating and monitoring these effectively and timely to appropriate team members.

• Ability to prioritise and adapt a busy workload, adhering to all deadlines

• Impeccable accuracy, attention to detail within funding guidelines policies/processes

• Good use of initiative to maintain the driving of Reflections Training Academy to a Grade 1 standard

• Confident using most Microsoft applications

• To have an understanding within finance in supporting academy processes

Duties will include:

• To work to and promote the Reflections company values at all times

• To take one’s own responsibility to have a full understanding of all current contractual standards, working to ensure all principles are adhered to and effective monitoring is carried out

• Manage, lead and motivate the administration team to perform all duties

• Carry out regular staff reviews and appraisals

• Achieve targets to meet business needs alongside contractual requirements

• Quality assure audit documentation held for contractual needs ensuring standards are fully met

• Management of information and data

• Lead, review and develop administration process/procedures

• Ensure full administrative support to the Training Academy

• Methodical approach along with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to high levels of accuracy

• Ability to lead/mentor and motivate the administration team in all tasks

• Highly presentable with excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to priorities and multi-task workloads

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Proactive approach with ability to initiate and evaluate ideas

• Discretion and confidentiality is essential at all times
