Business Continuity Policy

The aim of this Policy is to ensure the response of Reflections Salon’s and Training Academies in
preparing for and managing disruptive incidents.
The Business Continuity Policy sets out a framework and a process to enable the continued delivery of the
business during emergency events and/or lower level disruptions.
The frame work will allow Reflections Salon’s and Training Academies to:
• Respond to a disruptive incident (incident management)
• Maintain delivery of critical activities/services during an incident (business continuity)
• Return to ‘business as usual’ (resumption and recovery)
The scope of this plan is limited to major incidents that are classed as a disaster. This is a business
continuity plan, not a daily problem resolution procedures document.
