Welcome to Reflections Training Academy

Reflections Training Academy is one of the largest privately owned companies within the UK and has over 20 years experience with teaching hairdressing apprenticeships.

We offer work based learning which means you will be based in a salon, earning money whilst attending training sessions on a regular basis where you will learn and create the latest trends in hairdressing.

We have recently celebrated gaining Grade 2`s from the Adult Learning Inspectorate rating us as excellent and good across both Academies.

Reflections Training Academy believes to develop professionalism within all creative hairdressers; it is essential to continually encourage training and advancement to all learners, “educate in order to innovate”

We have two Training Academies, centrally located in Birmingham and Bristol. Both Academies are City and Guilds approved centre`s.
