Electrifying ePortfolios
In a pioneering move, Reflections Training Academy was very proud to be one of the first Hairdressing Training Providers in the UK to launch an e-Portfolio System. The introduction of this system in April 2009 has seen a move from large cumbersome portfolio folders to sleek online ePortfolios (Electronic Portfolios) and compact Learner Progress Trackers for our Learners. Our online e-Portfolio system provides a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week, 360 degree view of a Learners progress on their training programme, contributing to improving achievement rates and greater Learner interaction with their portfolio. The ePortfolio system is under continuous development and improvement with an ever evolving view for Employers.
Supporting Success
Reflections Training Academy has dedicated IT Leads and IT Champions at both Training Academies who can be on hand to provide support over any IT issues experienced by Learners and Employers or answer any IT questions. State of the Art Provisions
Reflections Training Academy’s Birmingham and Bristol Training Academies have been fitted with extensive IT provisions from Interactive Whiteboards, Voting Systems and Multimedia Quizzes, projectors and sound Systems to online resources such as SmartScreen and LearnXtra. Both Academies house a number of well equipped Learner Computer Suites along with the provision of laptops in all Practical Studios.
